Submission of Presentations for Committee Review
- Short oral presenters must upload their Power Point slide presentation to the Abstract Submission Portal by August 30, 2026 (UTC+8).

- File Naming: [Presentation Type]_[Paper Number]_[Presenting author’s name] (e.g., Oral_208_Ming-Shiang Wu).
- Content Consistency: The presentation content must be compatible with your accepted abstract.
- File Format: PowerPoint (PPTX) or PDF, Landscape 16:9 (Note: Keynote format is NOT accepted)
- Embedded Media: Ensure all graphics, animations (GIF) and sounds are embedded directly in the file. Hyperlinks to online content will NOT be accessible.
- Embedded Video: Not applicable
- Language Requirement: All contents and titles must be written in English.
- Graphic Quality: Please ensure all graphics are clear and free from distortion or blurriness.
- File Size: Limited to 50 MB.
- Structure Requirements: Depending on your submission category, please structure your using one of the following formats:
- Original Investigation: Background, Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusions, Acknowledgement and References.
- Case Report: Instruction, Case Report, Discussion, and Conclusions.

Presentation Guidelines

- File Naming: [Presentation Type]_[Paper Number]_[Presenting author’s name] (e.g., Poster_208_Ming-Shiang Wu).
- Content Consistency: The presentation content must be compatible with your accepted abstract.
- Paper Number: Please indicate your paper number within the poster content.
- File Format: PDF, 297mm x 210mm (A4 portrait), one page only. Viewers will be able to zoom in during reviewing.
- Embedded Media: Not applicable
- Language Requirement: All contents and titles must be written in English.
- Graphic Quality: Please ensure all graphics are clear and free from distortion or blurriness.
- File Size: Limited to 50 MB.
- Structure Requirements: Depending on your submission category, please structure your poster using one of the following formats:
- Original Investigation: Background, Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusions, Acknowledgement and References.
- Case Report: Instruction, Case Report, Discussion, and Conclusions.
