Registration

*The Presenting Author is required to register once the abstract is accepted.

• Cancellation must be notified to the Congress Secretariat in writing by email (secretariat@wcim2026.org).
• All refunds will be made after the Congress.
• All bank services charged, and all administration fees will be deducted from all Congress registration refunds.
• All times are based on UTC+8 (Taipei Time).
• Please refer to the above cutoff dates for cancellation.

• To complete your registration, full payment and submission of proof of payment are required. Registration will not be processed until the required documentation is received.
• Registration Confirmation will be sent to you via email after your online registration.
• After you complete your online registration, you can only modify your personal information until October 2, 2026 (UTC+8).
• If you wish to make changes or cancel your registration, please notify Congress Secretariat by email (secretariat@wcim2026.org).
• We would appreciate every change to be requested no later than October 2 (Wed), 2026.

• For safety reasons, participants are kindly requested not to bring children aged 12 or under to the WCIM 2026 venue.

• If minors aged 13 and above or non-registered individuals are brought to the venue, participants acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for their safety and supervision. The Organizing Committee shall not be responsible for any incidents involving minors and non-registered individuals, except as required by applicable laws.
  如與會者攜同13歲（含）以上之未成年人或非註冊與會者進入會場，請自行負責其全程之安全與照護責任。大會主辦單位對於未成年人與非註冊與會者於會場內發生之任何意外、事故或相關事件，恕不負相關責任。

Only International Credit Cards of Visa, Mastercard, and JCB are accepted.

Participants who choose to pay the registration fee via telegraphic transfer are requested to complete the transaction process and upload the remittance receipt via the registration system before the deadlines below.

• For Early Birds, please complete the payment and upload the Remittance Receipt before July 22, 2026 (UTC+8).
• For Regular Registration, please complete the payment and upload the Remittance Receipt before October 11, 2026 (UTC+8).
• The Registration System will automatically email you a link if you choose to pay the registration fee via telegraphic transfer. Please click the link and upload the Remittance Receipt. The registration process is completed after the Remittance Receipt is uploaded.
• All bank charges including inbound and/or outbound administration fees will be borne by the remitters (participants). Please remind the bank personnel of this requirement while making remittance/tele-transfer of your payment.
• Please fill in the registrant’s full name and Registration ID Number in the remarks/details column of the transfer form.

After you have uploaded the Remittance Receipt, the Congress Secretariat will confirm your payment with the bank and send you a confirmation letter.

Every attempt will be made to present the program as published. However, the WCIM 2026 Congress reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, programs or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Congress, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The WCIM 2026 Secretariat is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations.

Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Congress does not accept liability for cancellation of bookings, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
